Cayenne Flourless Chocolate Brownies

This week’s episode is about cayenne and all the great aspects about it. Cayenne is a small red chile pepper that is typically dried and ground into a powder.

Capsaicin is the active ingredient in cayenne that give it the healing qualities.

Health Benefits:

  • May reduce hunger

  • Applied topically, it may alleviate pain

  • Helps with psoriasis treatment

  • May ease cold symptoms

*I added 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder, which made them pretty spicy. If you want just a hint of the heat, I’d use 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder. I also skipped the chocolate chips.
