Sea Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Peanuts
This week’s episode is about apple cider vinegar and all the great things about it. Apple cider vinegar is made when crushed apples are exposed to yeast, which then ferments the sugars and turns them into alcohol. Bacteria is then added to ferment the alcohol more, turning it into acetic acid, which is the active component of apple cider vinegar. People typically consume 1 to 2 teaspoons or tablespoons diluted in water per day.
